What You’ll Get Out of This Session
❌ This is not a high intensity, or ‘max push’ session.
This is a relaxed session where I will take you through a list of 15-20 different basic weightlifting movements that you would likely find on a ‘beginners’ program.
The exercises we do will be based on your current level, and absolutely zero previous experience is necessary. This has been created with experience coaching many women who either have some prior gym experience and want a refresher, through to women who have never set foot in a gym or picked up a weight before!

My core service is premium 1:1 coaching as a longer term life change package. But over the years I’ve become frustrated with turning women away (through being fully booked in my coaching service) who really want to learn to lift weights. So this one-off session was created from years of experience working with women just like yourself, and actually closely resembles the very first intro session my 1:1 members do with me.
